TDG’s annual strategy event commenced this week under the mission to “Make Advertising Great Again”, bringing together industry partners, clients and “thinkers” from across the globe in an inspiring and forward-thinking experience. 

Over two energizing days in Patras Greece, participants engaged in visionary keynotes, enlightening discussions, hands-on workshops, and fun team-building activities—all designed to challenge conventional advertising models and explore how technology and AI can redefine the way brands connect with their audiences.

TDG is celebrating 6 awards at the first MarTech Awards!

TDG and two of its companies Tailwind & Project Agora received six awards in total at the inaugural MarTech Awards 2024. 

Tailwind’s partner, Public Group, achieved success by winning Gold in the category Best MarTech-Driven Product Launch Campaign for the launch of its retail media project, Public Ads. Tailwind provides the technological infrastructure and support for the project in collaboration with Public Group’s specialized teams. 

Tailwind’s collaboration with Nova and Tempo OMD was awarded Silver in the category Best Use of MarTech in Telecommunications and Bronze in the category Best AdTech Solution. The goal was to maximize Nova’s advertising spend by leveraging the technology of Integral Ad Science, Tailwind’s exclusive partner in Southeast Europe and the Middle East.

Bidding farewell to a successful departing year, ThinkDigital Group (TDG) celebrated with a big party at Cozmo, one of the most popular new venues in Athens.

The “TDG End-of-Year Party” was attended by the group’s staff from its companies Project Agora and Tailwind, as well as clients, partners, and representatives of the press.

TDG had more than one reason to celebrate, as it also formalized the signing of a new decade-long agreement between Project Agora and the leading technology company Taboola.

Project Agora and Taboola announced the deepening of their existing seven-year collaboration and its renewal for the next ten years. Alexandre Fannius, Vice President EMEA of Taboola, attended the event in Athens, welcoming the audience along with the leadership team of Project Agora. They warmly greeted those present at this particularly significant milestone, thanking publishers and advertisers and emphasizing the deep spirit of synergy connecting the two companies.

TDG prioritizes flexibility, productivity and well-being

At ThinkDigital Group (TDG), our commitment is constant towards improving team productivity and nurturing workplace flexibility. With summer already upon us, we are thrilled to continue our traditions that underline these commitments: our recurring ‘Work from Anywhere’ initiative and ‘Heart Long Weekends’. 

The Future of Work with ‘Work from Anywhere’ 

The ‘Work from Anywhere’ model is an ongoing initiative that exemplifies our commitment to consistently offer our employees the necessary flexibility to remain energized and productive for the full season. We believe that our workplaces can extend beyond the office, allowing our team members to work full-time from home, from the office, or a combination of the two in any location they prefer during July and August. 

The addition of such flexibility allows our team members to manage their working week effectively, while also finding time for their personal pursuits, whether it’s basking in the sun or spending time with family. By implementing this initiative, we encourage a work environment that necessitates open communication and connection, critical components for successful collaboration. We look forward to seeing how our team members utilize this opportunity to redefine their workspaces and discover the environments where they thrive the most. 

Reenergizing with ‘Heart Long Weekends’ 

The ‘Heart Long Weekends’ initiative, a long-standing tradition, serves as an additional benefit that complements the ‘Work from Anywhere’ program. It grants our team members extended periods of time off during the summer season. This approach isn’t merely about providing extra vacation days but facilitating longer periods for our team to switch off, reenergize and balance work and play. 

These longer weekends are intended to give our team an opportunity to disconnect, unwind, and immerse themselves in activities that bring joy and rejuvenation. We believe in prioritizing our people’s well-being by providing them with valuable time to recharge and find balance in their lives. By reducing the strain of commuting and creating space for personal pursuits, we support their mental well-being and overall happiness.
